Cabin Rules 

Check In - 4pm
Check Out - 11am
      Leave TV,  Fan/Light, & A/C remotes on table or top of microwave

A/C should be set no lower than 72 and/or Heat set about 70. Unit will freeze up or could damage unit, if too low.  Do not leave door or  windows open while A/C is on. Please do not operate both units at the same time, this will cause the circuit to blow or a possible fire in the cabins. 

Must be over 21 years old to rent.

No unregistered guests staying overnight on property.   You are responsible for any daytime guest.  

Do not disturb guests in other cabins staying  on the property.

No eating in bed or sleeping on top of comforters.

Children must be supervised at all times. 

Non-Refundable Pet Deposit - $35 for each animal, no larger than 25 lbs. No animals left unattended in cabin and pickup after pet inside and outside.  Bringing an unauthorized pet(s) on property are grounds for removal from property and non refundable stay. 

No smoking in Cabins. If smoking on porch, please have cabin door and windows closed.  Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply after check out. 

No removing of chairs, grill, or firepit from property. 

No fires outside the firepit.  (Firewood is available behind the trailer for use during your stay).

No Fireworks!
